The Six Laws of Gentle Play
Klopball was engineered as the civilized antidote to high-decibel outdoor paddle chaos. Study the six foundational laws that preserve our calm, social indoor sanctuary.
All serves in Klopball must be delivered underhand and made with the paddle contact point clearly below the waist. Overhand smashes, overhead slices, or downward chopping serves are strictly prohibited to maintain the game's gentle, predictable rhythm.
Strike the ball in an upward arc below waist height so the receiver can comfortably return the ball.
Overhead and overhand serves result in an immediate fault and loss of serve.
- Keep your wrist relaxed and fluid; there is no advantage to hyper-aggressive serve speeds.
- Aim for the center-deep area of the opponent's service quadrant to invite a smooth rally.
Founder's Decree & Heritage
